Bill Harris, Chairman

Bill has been building financially-related technology solutions for fifteen years. Formerly, Bill served as CEO of PayPal, the leading online payment network, CEO of Intuit, makers of Quicken and QuickBooks, the leading personal finance and small business accounting software and President of ChipSoft, makers of TurboTax, the leading tax preparation software.

Bill serves on the board of a number of technology companies, including EarthLink and Macromedia.

Bryan Godwin, CEO and President

With over 5 years in the product definition, planning and marketing of intelligent vending solutions, Bryan Godwin provides the vision and direction that drives Isochron. Prior to becoming President and CEO, Godwin served as Vice President of Isochron Data Corporation where he led all marketing, product management, operations and business development activities.

Godwin served as a commercialization engineer for Coca-Cola USA's intelligent vending group in Atlanta where he was responsible for integrating an online vending solution. Prior to Coca-Cola, Godwin was a product engineer for Procter & Gamble, in the Food and Beverage division.

Godwin earned his MSME from Georgia Institute of Technology and received his BSME from the University of Alabama.

Jim Canter, Chief Technology Officer

In his role as Chief Technology Officer , Canter is responsible for product development, quality assurance, and technical publications.

Canter has over eighteen years of software development, engineering management, and strategic planning experience. Most recently, Canter served as Vice President of Engineering and Information Technology for ObjectSpace, a Dallas-based provider of WebServices management applications for Business-to-Business infrastructure solutions.

Prior to ObjectSpace, Canter served as Vice President of Software Engineering for ADAC Laboratories. At ADAC, he was responsible for software operations and product development for nuclear medicine biomedical applications. Previously, Canter held numerous executive positions at two companies, Artecon, Inc. and Storage Dimensions, both focused on high-end fault tolerant storage systems.

Canter received a Bachelor of Science from Arizona State University and an MBA in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix.
